To
keep costs down, I have chosen a fee for service practice. This means
that the patient pays the doctor at the time of the visit. I will
provide you with a form (my part filled out) that you can submit to
your insurance for reimbursement. Although Medicare does not cover my professional services(I can explain why when you call), Medicare does cover lab tests and xrays that I order. |
